The credential

DIB credentials (DIB-1, DIB-2, DIB-3) are knowledge-based certifications issued by Revex Engineered Revenue LLC, Newark, Delaware — the publisher of RDS-1:2026. A credential attests that the holder passed a timed, randomized examination against the published blueprint. Credentials supplement — and never replace — employer-required, site-specific, or legally mandated training. DIB curricula are aligned to OSHA 10-hour General Industry and HAZWOPER (29 CFR 1910.120) topic areas but do not confer US DOL Outreach cards or HAZWOPER certification. DIB credentials are private certifications; they are not government licenses and no government endorsement is implied.

Fees — final

All certification, examination, and renewal fees are final. No refunds are issued. The full curriculum outline, examination blueprint, time limit, and passing score for every level are published before purchase; candidates are expected to review them before enrolling. Failed attempts do not entitle a candidate to a refund; retakes within the enrollment are included subject to the integrity rules below.

Examination integrity

Enrollment locks the certificate name. Examinations are drawn at random per attempt from the published blueprint and graded server-side; attempts are logged. Three consecutive failed attempts impose a 7-day study period. The registrar may revoke a credential for misrepresentation, credential sharing, or examination misconduct; revocation is reflected immediately on the public record.

Registry & privacy

The public verification record shows exactly: National Registry Number, credential holder name, identity photograph, credential, standard, status, issue/expiry dates, and the document security code. Nothing else. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting.

Renewal

Credentials are valid three years from the date of issue. Renewal requires the then-current renewal module and examination at the renewal rate published at the time of renewal.

Authorized client rate

Enrollment codes issued to Revex clients are personal, single-use, registered to the client's email address, and non-transferable.
