The DIB Certification Series
Three sequential qualifications examined against published blueprints (Annex A of the standard). Every examination is drawn at random per attempt, graded server-side, and passed at 80% or not at all. Credentials are recorded with a National Registry Number, expire after 3 years, and are revocable for cause.
The complete professional-technician qualification: blast physics, media handling, equipment and compressed-air systems, atmosphere and site life-safety, operating technique, application engineering, the contaminant–substrate matrix, machine maintenance, production planning, and general-industry safety aligned to OSHA 10-hour topic areas.
Advanced qualification in specialized work environments: food, beverage and pharmaceutical facilities; electrical systems and disaster restoration; marine and transportation assets; power generation and utilities; industrial shutdowns and turnarounds; historic and architectural restoration.
The master-tier qualification: scoping, estimating, safety-program ownership, crew training and evaluation, fleet economics, specification writing, and regulatory mastery — HAZWOPER-aligned hazardous-site operations, air-district compliance, and inspection readiness.
Authorized Revex client rate: 50% with a personal enrollment code, single-use, registered to the client's email. All fees are final.

Every certificate and wallet card carries a National Registry Number and QR code. The registry record — not the paper — is the authoritative statement of a credential's existence and standing. A certificate without a live record is not a Revex credential.

Common questions
Is DIB certification a government license?+
No, and no such license exists for dry ice blasting. DIB credentials are issued by Revex Engineered Revenue LLC, the private standards body that publishes RDS-1:2026. Curricula are aligned to OSHA 10-hour and HAZWOPER topic areas but do not confer DOL cards; employers remain responsible for legally mandated training.
What does the examination involve?+
A unique draw from the published blueprint on every attempt — fixed domain weights, randomized selection and answer order, hard time limit, server-side grading, results on the spot. Three consecutive failures impose a 7-day study period.
What does a successful candidate receive?+
The certificate with its National Registry Number (PDF plus printable wallet card), the live registry record, and a LinkedIn credential entry. Valid three years, renewable.
Which machines does it cover?+
All of them — RDS-1:2026 is machine-agnostic by design.
What is the refund policy?+
All fees are final. Requirements and blueprints are published in full before enrollment.
