What we collect and why

Candidates: name (printed on the credential), email (delivery and sign-in), an identity photograph (bound to the examination attempt, shown on the registry record and wallet card), examination attempts and results (integrity and scoring), and technical logs of attempts (timestamp, network address).

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered with and held by Stripe. Revex never receives or stores card numbers.

The public registry record

Verification is the purpose of certification, so the public record shows exactly: National Registry Number, holder name, photograph, credential, standard, status, issue and expiry dates, and the document security code. Nothing else is public — no email, no address, no scores.

Retention

Credential and examination records are retained for the life of the registry to preserve verifiability. Purchase records are retained as required for accounting. To correct a name or update a photograph, contact the registrar: certs@revexuptime.com.

No sale of data

Candidate and holder information is never sold or shared for marketing. Emails from the registry are transactional: enrollment, sign-in, credentials, and renewal notices.
